Welcome to Christ Temple! We are a non-denominational congregation of believers serving the Piedmont Triad area with the apostolic message.
Christ Temple is located in the heart of the Triad, with the Triad at heart! We are a multi-cultural and multi-racial group of worshipers that have joined forces to reach the lost, strengthen the weak, and evangelize our community and the world.
At Christ Temple we pray for the gifts of the Spirit to be in operation and the fruit of the Spirit to be in demonstration. It is a sanctuary for healing and restoration, where a life changing and victorious gospel is preached to a world that desperately craves the message of hope.
The Christ Temple family consists of people from every aspect of life worshiping the one true and living God. The same God, who has healed our broken hearts, restored our relationships and delivered us from every form of bondage imaginable.
The Christ Temple worship center has been described as the "Praise Dome"- a place of true thanksgiving, heartfelt worship and praise to our incredible God.
Since the birth of Christ Temple in 1972 under the leadership of Bishop Bob Williams and his wife Jean, the congregation has grown from its humble, one room beginning of some 5 adults and a few children, to presently ministering to hundreds each week in the beautiful facility located at 2935 Cole Road; Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
In January of 2003, Carlene and I assumed the pastoral duties of this beautiful assembly. Together with a gifted, hard working ministerial staff, we are experiencing one of the most profound moves of God ever witnessed in over 30 years of personal ministry.
Christ Temple is moving into the arena of the purpose driven church, with the realization that there is neither happenstance nor circumstance, only divine providence pertaining to our lives when we are totally submitted to the will of God.
The various ministries listed on this website are here to assist you at any time. These ministries are designed to reach every member of our society from the youngest infant to the eldest senior citizen.
